New tenant sought from 1 December 2026 or 1 January 2027 I am looking for a new tenant for my modern and very well-maintained 2.5-room apartment in the Blumenau development in Winterthur. The development is around 10 years old and is overall in a very good condition. The apartment offers a modern standard of fittings and is ideally suited for individuals or couples. Key data: * Current rent: CHF 2'635. / month * The rent has already been adjusted in the meantime due to key interest rate adjustments * Parking space in the underground garage can be taken over for CHF 150. / month * Occupancy possible as of 1.12.2026 or 1.1.2027 * Quiet and pleasant development in Winterthur Blumenau Approx. 70qm plus 30qm roof terrace Takeover of built-ins A special feature of the apartment is the high-quality, specially made built-in shelf boards as well as the permanently installed blinds. Since classic curtains cannot be attached due to the design of the windows, these are part of the apartment's equipment. Additionally, a blackout curtain is present in the bedroom. The mentioned built-ins and the curtain were originally purchased for a total of around CHF 7'000. They are in very good condition and are to be taken over for CHF 2'000. The takeover is a prerequisite for applying as a new tenant. The wooden floor is generally very well preserved; due to the sensitive material, there are only minor signs of use. Important for interested parties I will propose suitable new tenants to the administration. A takeover of the apartment by the proposed new tenant cannot, of course, be guaranteed; however, experience shows that there is a high probability if the requirements are met.
