Room in a shared flat

**Hello!** We are looking for a person who would like to rent a room in our beautiful shared apartment (WG). :) About the room * **Size:** approx. 19.6 m² * **Rent:** CHF 867.– including service charges (calculated based on the total rent, divided by square meters) + CHF 15.– monthly for the WLAN * Limited until the end of June 2027 (with the possibility of extension!) * Additionally, there is a shared household insurance * **Deposit:** CHF 2'146.– * The room is rented out **unfurnished**. However, the current roommate is selling her bed, her wardrobe, and other furniture if there is interest. About the apartment Our apartment is located on the first floor of a charming old building and has a total of four bedrooms. The heart of the apartment is the spacious kitchen with enough space for cooking and eating together. From there, you have direct access to the balcony, which gets sun in the morning – perfect for a coffee on the weekend. Particularly practical: the washing machine and dryer are located directly in the apartment. Additionally, a private cellar compartment and a bicycle shelter belong to the apartment. Our street offers a large selection of restaurants, and a new restaurant will open on the ground floor in July/August. The main station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, the Aare in around 5 minutes. There are several shopping facilities within a 5-minute walk, and there is also an Asian supermarket directly opposite, which is even open on Sundays. About us * **Eliane (27):** works full-time at the Bundesanwaltschaft * **Vera (31):** works in research at the Inselspital Bern * **Anja (27):** works full-time in the field of international affairs in Bern * **Henriette (25):** is moving out of the WG We are uncomplicated, considerate, and value cleanliness. We enjoy doing things together sometimes, but we all have quite busy daily routines. Therefore, we sometimes only see each other on the way in or out of the apartment. A few more pieces of information The rental agreement for the vacant room will be concluded with Eliane, as she (currently still together with Henriette) is the main tenant of the apartment. * **Total rent of the apartment:** CHF 3'453.– * **Total deposit of the apartment:** CHF 8'500.– Who are we looking for? We wish for an open, friendly, and tolerant person who is not just looking for a practical living opportunity. It would be nice to find someone who also occasionally feels like having a shared dinner, a coffee in the kitchen, or a short chat in between. Move-in would ideally be possible **as of 1 September**. A move-in as early as August might also be possible – we are happy to talk about that :) Interested?
