Room in a shared flat

Please read the entire description - we don't answer copy & paste messages. Thank you :) We are renting an unfurnished 11qm room and a 13qm room on an indefinite basis. Move-in is possible from early to mid-November, depending on agreement. The rooms are equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating. They are equipped with shutters and are situated on the 1st floor. Through the window, you have a view of the green neighborhood. The apartment itself is very large (140qm) and beautiful, with great amenities. There is a projector, a washing machine in the apartment, a dryer in the laundry cellar, a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space, 2 visitor parking spaces, 1 cellar compartment and 2 veeeery lovely roommates. :) Additional costs are settled during the year via splitwise (approx. 100chf per month). We have a cleaning lady who comes 1x /week. The apartment is clean, tidy, green and sociable. We are looking for two new lovely roommates to complete our quartet again.
