Room in a shared flat

We are subletting a furnished room of approx. 11 sqm in our shared apartment for a limited period from mid-September until at least 31.12.2026 (exact dates are still flexible). It is the smallest of the four rooms, but is very bright due to the large windows and offers sufficient space for everything your heart desires with a chest of drawers and two clothes rails. In addition, the 1.40m large pallet bed and many of the plants will definitely remain in the room (see photos). You should definitely have a joy for plants and the willingness to take care of them (and if necessary, one or two can certainly be placed in the living room). Everything else will either be taken by our roommate who is moving out or can also be placed in the attic - that is up to you! Otherwise, the apartment offers plenty of space with the large living room and is superbly equipped - including a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. There is also a separate toilet. From the apartment, you can reach the station, the lake, or one of the many beautiful bars in the Neustadt within 5-10 minutes by public transport (the Eichhof bus stop is directly in front of the door) or by bicycle. Migros, Coop, Aldi & Lidl are also reachable within five minutes by bicycle; a Denner and a gas station are even closer. The latter is super practical because it allows for small purchases until 10 pm and on Sundays! Our shared apartment consists of Sarah (34), who works as a teacher, and Flo (27), who studies social pedagogy at the hsl. Our WG life is familial and open, so we enjoy chatting over an after-work beer or doing something together more often. Nevertheless, everyone also needs a bit of time for themselves and naturally respects it if you do that too. However, you should appreciate this openness and ideally have a bit of humor, because we like to fool around a little. We often have friends visiting, which is why there is usually something going on in the WG, and thanks to the well-insulated walls and doors, we can also be a little louder on the weekend without any problems without disturbing the neighbors or roommates. Although the apartment is located directly on a main road, which can sometimes be a bit noisy on our two balconies - but due to the good insulation, you hardly notice anything with the windows closed.
