Room in a shared flat

From 01.10., a room will become available in our beautiful shared flat in Guggach-Park and we are now looking for a successor! The room is 12.1 m2 in size (the floor plan of the apartment is included in the pictures) with direct access to one of the two balconies. The room is part of a ~120 m2 apartment, which consists of three other rooms of your future roommates, two bathrooms, as well as a very inviting living and dining area and a very modern kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also included :) Currently, besides myself Viktoria (30), there is no one else living in the shared flat, and in September, 2 more roommates - Joost (24) and Charlotte (27) - will join. So far, we were a working professionals' shared flat and mostly out of the house during the day. In the evenings, the kitchen was typically the usual meeting point where one would occasionally hang out for a few hours and exchange ideas, perhaps cook together or similar. From time to time, we did something together, e.g., celebrating birthdays, going to the Limmat for swimming, going out for a coffee, etc., as it happened. :) If you are interested, please write a few sentences about yourself and what you imagine shared flat life to be like and, above all, what your favorite type of pasta is :)
