In the beautiful Brugger Altstadt, we are renting out a very generously sized practice room (25m2) in a very well-running group practice starting from 01. October 2026.

The room is rented unfurnished. For shared use, a beautifully furnished, modern waiting room, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, two separate WCs (one for patients/clients, one for therapists), a break room with a table and chairs for the therapists, as well as a garden for shared use are available.

The practice is currently being freshly renovated and will be in a like-new condition from October (new WCs/bathrooms, everything freshly painted, new kitchenette, etc.). The room is large, bright, and features a historic clinker tile floor.

The practice is barrier-free accessible and located on the ground floor. Included in the monthly rental price is a weekly cleaning by a cleaning institute, W-LAN, service charges such as water/electricity/heating, as well as daily practice supplies (towels, toilet paper, soap, weekly garbage bag, etc.).

We are a homeopathic practice and it would be nice if the alternative medicine spectrum were supplemented by a manual form of therapy (massage, cranio, physio, etc.). However, we are also open to other forms of therapy such as kinesiology or coaching, etc.
