2 ½ rooms apartment

I'm subletting my house in Rosengartenstrasse as I'll be on holiday. The house will be free from 18.05.26 until 15.06.26. The rent is 1.800 CHF for the period. Dates can be flexible. The house is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV, a desk with multiple monitors perfect for remote working. The rent includes all utilities and internet. A deposit of 500 CHF will be asked at the beginning of the lease and given back at the end if everything is fine. Dates can be flexible. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the common space of the building. There is no reserved parking, but the street nearby has some parking as well. The position is fantastic, not far from the bus and tram stop and from Wipkingen station, that would allow you to reach HB or the airport in less than 15 mins. The Limmat and Wipkingen park is 10 mins away walking down the street, if you want to enjoy the sun. Let me know when it would work best for you to view the house.
