Room in a shared flat

_(english version below)_ We are looking for a new flatmate as of 01.10.2026 (an earlier move-in in September is also possible by arrangement). The room is approx. 16m² in size and costs CHF 1'103.00, including Nebenkosten, but excluding some communal costs (such as internet, cleaning staff - this amounts to an additional approx. CHF 80.00 per month). The rental deposit is CHF 3'209.00. Our bright and spacious 190 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor and has a private roof terrace that is as large as the apartment itself and invites you to enjoy it on warm summer nights. The apartment has underfloor heating and its own washing machine with dryer. There are a total of three bathrooms and you would share the bathroom (with bathtub) with one other person. If you have a car, you can rent a parking space in the underground garage via the administration. Binz station is very close by and the train takes you to the HB in 5 minutes. The location also offers great opportunities to go for a walk on the Uetliberg. **We are looking for:** We are looking for an employed flatmate in their twenties or thirties. Since one of the current main tenants is moving out, we are specifically looking for someone who could imagine taking over the main lease agreement together with two of the previous flatmates. If you are uncomplicated and responsible, have a good sense of humor and like to have a drink together every now and then or also like to participate in a WG-dinner, then we look forward to hearing from you! Furthermore, we wish for someone who would like to stay for a longer period of time. **We are:** You will be part of a 5-person WG. We are in our late twenties to thirties and come from Switzerland, Hungary and South Tyrol (3 women, 1 man). We all work in different professions and like various types of sports such as paragliding, salsa or hiking. If you are easy going, responsible, have a good sense of humor and like to have a drink/dinner once in a while then we are looking forward to hear from you! Also, we would like to have someone staying for a longer period of time. **We are:** You will be part of a WG of 5.
