Room in a shared flat

Furnished shared flat room in Winterthur directly at the station for sublet Since our roommate is going to Davos for the winter season, her room will become available during this time. Therefore, we are looking for a roommate for sublet from 01.12.2026 to 30.04.2027. The room is 14 m² in size and furnished with a bed, wardrobe and mirror. The apartment is located directly by the Winterthur station (1 min walk). The Neuwiesen shopping center can be reached in approx. 5 minutes and in around 10 minutes you are on foot in the Altstadt. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one shower and one bathtub. Washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a balcony, which can of course be shared. About your new roommates: Laila, 27, works as an optician and alongside that as a bartender. She likes being on the go, but equally enjoys spending cozy evenings at home. She likes shared flat life and finds it nice when one also cooks together sometimes, does something together, or sits together in the evening. Marco, 26, works as an engineer and comes from Italy. He speaks Italian and English and is currently learning German (his German is at a low level, but also very entertaining). He likes being on the go and is also often in Italy, but nevertheless likes the shared flat life. We are not a Zweck-WG and would therefore be happy to find someone who also has a desire for relaxed and uncomplicated living together. Of course, everyone has their own daily routine and their own space, but we find it nice if one does not only encounter each other in the apartment by chance.
