Room in a shared flat

From 01.12. – or earlier, if it fits well – a room in my flat will become available.
There would be two of us in a spacious 4-room apartment. I wish for a home where something doesn't always have to be happening. A place where one arrives, lets things become quieter for a moment, dwells on thoughts, listens to music, spins ideas.
I am 36 and worked for many years in the music industry. Music has remained, as has the joy of yoga and meditation, of people, long evenings and good parties. I like order, without being sterile. Sociability, without constantly needing company. The silence at home and the loudness outside.
This is also how I wish for our coexistence to be: attentive and uncomplicated, with a good sense of closeness and personal space. Sometimes eating together, having a glass, talking, having friends at the table. And just as naturally, closing the door and each pursuing one's own life.
I look forward to someone from music, art, culture, design – or with a different perspective on things. For me, creativity is less a job title than an attitude. It is important to me to have a counterpart who has remained curious and at the same time has arrived well in their own life.
The apartment includes a large shared living room, a garden and plenty of room to be. The house itself is also beautifully lively: people know each other, encounter each other, celebrate together every now and then. And a few steps further, the edge of the forest begins.
A good mix, I think: retreat, without being isolated. Community, without the constant shared flat program.
