One room is becoming available from the month of August in our superb house, in which we have just moved in. We are looking for a new person to join our shared apartment and participate in this beautiful adventure. The house is located in Assens, in a calm and pleasant environment, while being very well served by the LEB, allowing you to reach the center of Lausanne easily in 20 min Rent: 950 CHF, all charges included The house includes: 5 bedrooms A small guest room (or multipurpose space) A large living room / dining room A large garden with a vegetable garden currently being created A garage A laundry room Numerous storage spaces Note: The room is rented unfurnished and some spaces are still being set up, as we have just moved in. Who are we? We are an international shared apartment composed of 3 Spaniards and 1 Greek, aged 30 to 39, with varied personalities, backgrounds and interests. We are ideally looking for a person in a similar age range and, preferably, a woman in order to maintain a good balance in the shared apartment. Beyond a simple room rental, we wish to welcome a person who wants to get involved in the life of the house and share good times together, while respecting everyone's space and rhythm.
