I am looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a shared 3-room apartment from 1 October 2026.

You would be living with two female roommates, so female tenants only.

✨ The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living.

💰 Rent: CHF 945 per month, excluding Wi-Fi
🧾 Additional costs (Nebenkosten): CHF 150 per quarter

📍 Location: The apartment is conveniently located close to University of Zurich – Irchel Campus. Supermarkets, shops and public transport stops are nearby, and Einkaufszentrum Glatt is also easily accessible.
