Room in a shared flat

Hello, are you looking for a nice, cozy and quiet shared apartment? Then you have come to the right place.
I am looking for a successor for our Flieger WG at Balsberg.
Maurice, 24 years old and Copi, as well as Laura, 23 years old and Flight Attendant, already live here.

The apartment offers spacious room and a very large beautiful terrace. There are 2 shower bathrooms, one of which you share with Maurice. On foot, you are at the airport in a relaxed 15min. However, a bus stop is 2 min away and also the Kloten Balsberg train station is 10 min away.

Since we would like to maintain the Flieger WG, we will only consider interested parties who are flying staff of an airline.

Furthermore, the furniture shown in the pictures is to be taken over by the successor for a flat fee (bed frame with slatted frame 180x200, nightstand, desk with chair, lamps, carpet, drying rack).
