Furnished room located in a very quiet environment, only 2 minutes on foot from the station and public transport and 3 min from the lake. UNIL and EPFL in 35 min. ECAL 15 min. The room is equipped with a 140cm bed, a large 3-door wardrobe and a desk with a chair. Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and dryer to share. No access to the balcony. Visit possible. Photos non-contractual: the final layout of the room is currently in progress. However, visits allow you to discover the premises and project yourself into the space that will soon be available. Priority will be given to a female student!
