In our cozy 3-person shared flat, a room is becoming available as one of our roommates is moving out. Therefore, we are looking for a new roommate starting from 1 October. \--- \### The apartment \- 2nd floor \- 3-room apartment, approx. 89 m² \- 1 separate WC and 1 bathroom with bathtub \- Shared living and dining area (already fully equipped with sofa, dining table, etc.) \- Modern kitchen with dishwasher \- Private balcony \--- \### Your room \- Approx. 11 m² with parquet flooring \- Of the furniture, only the bed can be taken over. The takeover price can be discussed together and is negotiable \--- \### Location \- Central location in Sternen Oerlikon \- Very good public transport connections: tram lines 10, 50 and 51 directly in front of the door, Bahnhof Oerlikon 5 minutes on foot \- At Zürich Hauptbahnhof in 15 minutes \- Shopping facilities (Coop, Migros, Aldi, Lidl) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity \--- \### Costs \- Rent: 850 CHF per month \- Deposit: 2520 CHF \--- \### Period \- From 1 October \- Indefinite \--- \### About us We are an ETH bachelor student and an architecture intern (20-year-old guys) and are looking for a friendly and uncomplicated person who fits well into our shared flat. In our free time, we like to do sports and cook together occasionally. We appreciate a relaxed, respectful atmosphere, enjoy shared evenings, but also respect peace and privacy. \--- \### Who we are looking for We wish for someone who feels comfortable in a shared flat, is open and uncomplicated – ideally around a similar age.
