**Beautiful, bright 3.5-room apartment** From June 1, 2026, we will be renting out our fully furnished apartment for several months. The large 3.5-room apartment on the 1st floor with 80m2 and two additional balconies is located in an Art Nouveau house, built in 1907. The apartment has a spacious entrance area with built-in closets (not visible in the photos) - the bathroom has a bathtub and thanks to a window, plenty of daylight and fresh air. The kitchen has a gas stove. There is a shared roof terrace. We maintain good relationships with our neighbors. Laundry room and drying room are located in the basement (without washing plan). Since the apartment is very central and the tram stop Wetlistrasse is just a few meters away from the house. Shopping opportunities are within 5 minutes walking distance (Migros and Denner) and under the house, one of Zurich's most beautiful walking and jogging routes runs along the Wehrenbach stream in the forest.
