Room in a shared flat

New flatshare member wanted from 01.09.2026. As long as the advertisement is online, the room is still available. Hello! Since Sinah is unfortunately leaving for Germany, we are looking for a nice person (up to approx. 35 years old) to take over Sinah’s room. Your roommates are Selim 31, grew up in Walchwil and Ivo 30, grew up in Zug. We like going to the lake together, having a glass of wine, letting the evening end on the terrace, or going hiking or skiing together. We are both employed. The room is the largest room in the apartment. In front of the room is a WC that is practically only used by you. It has a large window facing the sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet and green. The apartment offers a lot of communal space. This includes a large kitchen, a spacious living room incl. loggia in the lower area, and a large terrace in the upper area. We enjoy spending evenings on the terrace and looking at the mountains or watching the sunset. We have set up a home office corner with two workstations, which is available to everyone. All utility costs and the apartment cleaning every two weeks are included in the rent. Living together is relaxed and rather quiet. We have not agreed on any obligations or chores in the apartment. Each person cleans up after themselves and keeps the apartment clean. We like to cook fresh and meet occasionally in the kitchen or in the living room. During the week it is mostly quiet, on the weekend we sometimes invite friends. If you are up to 35 years old, already enjoy being employed and are established in life, and enjoy living together and consciously sharing living space, and order and cleanliness are a matter of course for you, then you are exactly right here.
