The apartment is beautifully located directly on the Limmat and the Werdinsel. Through the large windows, the apartment is very bright and offers a panoramic view of the mountains and the river. Despite the good connection (bus 80, 89, tram 17, 13), the apartment is very quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and uncomplicated. The washing machines run with a flexible washing schedule. There is also a bike cellar. After 12 years in this dream apartment, we are slowly looking for something larger in the school district of the Schule am Wasser (Höngg Wipkingen, near the Limmat), because with 2 children it's getting a bit too tight.
