Room in a shared flat

Following a separation, I am looking for a reliable, quiet, clean flatmate aged 35–55. A cat lives in the household. Shared use of a small garden is possible. Garage can be rented additionally upon request. If required, my housekeeper can also clean for you (separate payment).
