A charming brick house from 1895, a large garden and a new shared apartment: A home that combines community and freedom is being created at Wasserfurristrasse 17 in Winterthur.

From August 2026, nine residents will share the kitchen, living area, garden and common rooms here. Anyone moving in will first get to know the other residents and can help shape the coexistence from the very beginning. Whether cooking together, a conversation in the garden or time for oneself: there is space for both.

The Wasserfurristrasse is aimed at people who are new to Winterthur, who are daring a fresh start after a change in life, or who simply enjoy living with others under one roof. At the same time, you remain flexible: the rooms are rented out individually and there is a separate rental agreement for each room. The moving out or changing of other roommates has no influence on your own contract.
