Room in a shared flat

**We are** Thuy (38, immunology researcher) and Stefan (38, Key Account Manager at meteoblue), have long-standing shared flat experience and will probably have a baby by the end of the year. We love cooking and eating together and enjoy game nights. Of course, everything is casual and if it suits us, we are also often on the go or enjoy time for ourselves. **We are looking for** two flatmates who value a harmonious and communal shared flat life and have a good sense of tidiness and responsibility, and who can imagine living with a baby soon. We are also very open to another enthusiastic shared flat couple (with or without a small child) or a single parent with a child who can rent both rooms. **The rooms** are 13 and 14 sqm, unfurnished, cost 740 and 760 CHF/month, plus additional costs and general household expenses, and are available from September or October or by arrangement. They are part of a modern, large and beautiful 5.5-room apartment (total 135 sqm), on the third floor with a 40 sqm large dining and living area, a beautiful balcony, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and private laundry room, which we inhabit as a 4-person shared flat. Cellar, bike room and drying room for shared use. We share a weekly vegetable subscription from Birsmattehof. We look forward to your message!
