Looking for a successor from 1.10.2026 Charming Nucleo house located in Bissone. It develops over 3 floors. Ground floor: laundry and cupboard storage. 1st floor: bedroom and bathroom with windowed shower. 2nd floor: living room with fireplace and kitchen. Rent: 650 +250 for expenses (adjustment of approximately 500 CHF in favor of the tenant). The house is small and the spiral staircase leading to the floors is quite narrow. Ideal for singles or a young couple. A deposit of 3 months' rent is required to be paid into the joint account with the owner. No assistance. I am leaving furniture at a lump sum price.
