Room in a shared flat

Dear All,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I’m away travelling for the next 3 months, with a good possibility of extending the stay afterwards.

The room is in a peaceful shared apartment with two other people, both in their late 20s–30s and working — one is a fashion designer and the other works in sales. It’s a relaxed household where everyone more or less has their own routine and lifestyle, while sharing a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

The room is approx. 20 m2; the kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The room itself is located in a peaceful neighbourhood; close to Rieterpark, the lake, and Sihlcity. There is a tram and busstop in both the same street. The rent is very reasonable for the area, especially considering the location.

Important: Registration at the address is currently not possible.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, and who enjoys living in a calm household rather than a party apartment.
