Room in a shared flat

Attention: Only interested parties who have read the advertisement completely will be considered. Offered is an unfurnished room in a beautiful old building apartment in good condition. Additionally, a second room in the same apartment is currently being rented on a temporary basis until September. As long as both rooms are available, you can choose your room freely. The apartment is very central: The train station is within walking distance in just under 8 minutes, and there is a tram stop, a supermarket, and a pharmacy right around the corner. Your future roommate is 23 years old, studies computer science in his second year at the ETH, and spends his free time doing sports or playing a round of Catan. We are looking for a person of about the same age who enjoys a pleasant living together and is not just looking for a purely functional shared apartment. Since the walls are unfortunately a bit thin, you should be quiet in the evenings. The rent includes internet, household and liability insurance. The Serafe fees are paid separately on a pro-rata basis. No deposit is required. Please tell us a bit about yourself in two to three sentences and let us know when you could move in at the earliest.
