3 ½ rooms apartment

Due to the dissolution of the shared apartment, we are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful apartment. The start date is towards the end of September. Inquiries will be forwarded to the landlord on an ongoing basis. This beautiful apartment in Zürich-Seebach offers everything that the modern city dweller desires. Newly built in 2023, it offers the highest living comfort. - Own washing machine / dryer in the apartment - Underfloor heating - Open kitchen / living room, which is flooded with light. - Balcony / living room with south-west orientation (midday to evening sun) - Beautiful view of the sunset from the balcony - With 3 1/2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment is perfect for couples or families. - Zürich HB can be reached in about 25 minutes by bus/tram. - Zürich Airport can be reached in about 25 minutes by bus/tram. Since we have leftover items due to the dissolution of the shared apartment, tenants who want to take them over will be preferred (both tables in the living room + armchair). Move-in towards the end of September, the exact move-in date will be determined on Monday.
