Room in a shared flat

Da ich in eine neue Wohnung ziehe, wird mein Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG an der Oerlikonerstrasse 3 frei. Alle Möbel auf den Bildern (Bett, Stuhl, Tisch, 2 Kommoden) können für die Dauer der Vermietung benutzt werden, sie können aber auch weggeräumt werden, falls gewünscht. (!) Wichtig (!) : Das Haus wird per 31.7.2026 komplett renoviert, daher läuft dann auch unser Vertrag als WG aus. Die WG ist äusserst gut gelegen, direkt vor der ÖV-Haltestelle Hirschwiesenstrasse (Tram 10, 51), mit der Haltestelle Milchbuck in 3 min Gehdistanz und dem Irchelcampus (UZH) etwa 12 min entfernt, wenn man gemütlich läuft. Coop und Denner sind zu Fuss oder per ÖV schnell erreichbar. Das Zimmer (19 qm) liegt im Erdgeschoss und das Fenster geht ins Grüne hinaus. Falls gewünscht, kann das Zimmer auch per 1.5. oder später übernommen werden. Du würdest die 3 Monat zusammen mit Kim (Studentin in Biochemie) und Jerome (Mathe und IT Student an der ETH) verbringen. Alle Standards wie Internet, Wasch-Küche, Trainings-Raum im Haus stehen natürlich zur Verfügung. All the furniture shown in the photos (bed, chair, table, 2 chests of drawers) can be used for the duration of the tenancy, but can also be removed if desired. (!) Important (!): The building is due to be completely renovated by 31 of July 2026, so our shared flat tenancy agreement will also expire then. The shared flat is extremely well located, right in front of the Hirschwiesenstrasse public transport stop (tram 10, 51), with the Milchbuck stop a 3-minute walk away and the Irchel Campus (UZH) about 12 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Coop and Denner are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The room (19 qm) is on the ground floor and the window overlooks greenery. If desired, the room can also be taken over from 1 May or later. You would spend the three months living with Kim (a biochemistry student) and Jerome (a maths and IT student at ETH).
