Room in a shared flat

We're looking for a friendly and responsible person for a **sublet room** from **September 27th until mid December** (the exact date can be discussed bilaterarily). The spacious, bright and modern 4.5 room apartment is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Wollishofen **Location:** Our flat is conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk away from the lake. The tram stop is only a quick 2-minute walk away, and you'll find Coop and Aldi within a short 5-minute walk **Apartment and room details:** The 2nd floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, storage room and a large balcony. The apartment building has an elevator and a laundry room for shared use in the basement as well. We have a cleaner who comes every other week to clean the common spaces. The room is **fully furnished** and for rent from September 27th until mid of December. **Room detail:** **14 sqm | 1,275 CHF/month** (Rent excludes electricity, internet & cleaning) **Flat mates:** You'd be sharing the flat with Sophia (24, Chemical Engineer, LUX) and De Jun (27, Mechanical Engineer, DE). We are quite social and like to share the occasional meal together, when schedules and personal plans allow. We like to have an open and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
