Room in a shared flat

We are renting out a bright and very spacious room of approx. **20 m²**, which is divided into two separate areas and therefore offers plenty of space for living, working, or relaxing. A special highlight is the beautiful view over the city, which gives the room a unique atmosphere. We – Thomas, Fabian, and Nora – are three relaxed flatmates between **26 and 34 years old**. Nora is a future teacher and loves dancing and cooking, Fabian is in training to become a social pedagogue and is often out with his hobbies, especially volleyball. Thomas works for SBB and in a bar in St. Gallen – so good cocktails are guaranteed. We are looking for a humorous and uncomplicated person between **25 and 40 years old** who values order. You also like to have time for yourself, but are open to shared cooking evenings or relaxed flatmate evenings. The apartment offers a total of around **300 m² of living space** with **7 rooms** and very much space. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious bathrooms, so that you hardly get in each other's way in everyday life, as well as the large, well-equipped kitchen. A bright living and dining area can be used flexibly also as a large guest room. In addition, there is a separate guest and dining room for visitors or shared time. A real highlight is our tower room, which we use as a quiet retreat for yoga, creativity, and crafting – a special room with a lot of atmosphere. Overall, a very open, comfortable, and at the same time private living feeling is created in a central location in St. Gallen with good connections to public transport and shopping facilities.
