Room in a shared flat

**Hoi zäme :)** A beautiful room with en-suite bathroom is becoming available with us – in a modern maisonette apartment directly near Römerhof. We are in the attic floor (with lift) and have a large private roof terrace with a view over the rooftops of Zürich, perfect for sociable summer evenings or a cozy coffee in the morning. **Who we are:** We are Nico (32, from Zürich), Claudio (30, from Colombia & California) and Eliane (30, Zürich, is leaving and unfortunately). We work in consulting, the music industry and in the hospital (doctor), are open, sociable and have a lot of joy in life. Sometimes we try out new exotic recipes together or tinker late into the evening with friends on the perfect Espresso Martini mix, sometimes everyone does their own thing, is away or immersed in work for three days. From jointly organized rooftop events with many guests to two-week disappearance without messages, everything is included with us. **Our living together:** In living together, we appreciate an uncomplicated, positive atmosphere and wish for a female roommate who feels like contributing on occasion – whether it be during social activities such as an Apéro with friends, gardening on the rooftop or with the furnishing and maintenance of the apartment. * Are you looking forward to a shared flat that offers space to unfold in order to feel truly at home? * Do you not feel restricted, even if there is occasionally visitors (friends, artists)? * Is it important to you to take responsibility and handle the apartment and the inventory carefully? If you feel addressed, we look forward to your message! :) If possible, give us a few personal insights into your life, e.g., what makes you who you are (interests, lifestyle, hobbies, job) and what you wish for from WG life (and what you want to avoid). **Additional costs:** In addition to the rent, we share the costs for cleaning (comes every two weeks), Internet/WLAN, Serafe, as well as household and liability insurance of 124 Fr. per month per person. Also special: the apartment rent already includes the disposal of refuse in the house's own container (no fee bags necessary). We look forward to your message!
