Room in a shared flat

**Large room with private access to the terrace directly on the Limmat – 4-person shared flat in Zürich** In our beautiful 4-person shared flat, the largest room in the apartment is becoming available (24.1 m²) – with direct access to the terrace and a view of the Limmat. We are Marcel (32), Sam (30) and Julia (26) and are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who wants a relaxed shared flat life and is not just looking for a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG). **The apartment** The shared flat is located on the 1st floor of a renovated, heritage-protected old building in an absolute top location in Zürich. **Highlights** * 24.1 m² large room * oriented directly towards the Limmat * private access to the large terrace * view of Limmat, Platzspitz and partially the Landesmuseum * huge living room * high ceilings & beautiful parquet * very much storage space **Equipment** * 2 bathrooms * one of them with a bathtub * own washing machine & dryer * large kitchen with: * 2 refrigerators * steamer * oven * dishwasher * cellar compartment + additional attic space * bicycle cellar available * due to the location on the 1st floor, the bicycle can also be easily stored in the room if needed * the room in the picture (floor plan bottom right) is not the room to be vacated. For the room that is becoming free (floor plan bottom left), more pictures will be uploaded. Additionally, a cleaning lady comes by once a week. The apartment is fully equipped – nothing is missing in the kitchen either. **Location** The location is quite unbeatable: * 3 minutes on foot to HB Zürich * 1 minute to Stampfenbachplatz * 1 minute to the upper Letten (bathing, summer, nightlife) **About us** * Marcel (32) – civil engineer, never in the home office * Sam (30) – IT specialist, frequently in the home office * Julia (26) – Finance, rarely in the home office We are all quite sporty and like to do things together sometimes – whether it's sports, a beer on the terrace or spontaneous activities in summer. At the same time, however, everyone has their own daily routine and retreat space. **Costs & Move-in** The total rent is 1542 CHF per month. Included in this are: * utilities * internet * shared flat fund (WG-Kasse) * household & cleaning supplies * waste disposal fees * weekly cleaning lady The deposit is 3725 CHF. The wardrobe in the room is to be taken over for a price to be negotiated. The room becomes free on 01.October. There would be the possibility to rent a car parking space in the underground garage. However, this would be relatively expensive at approx. 400 CHF. **Who we are looking for** We are looking for someone who fits well into the shared flat as a person and wants an open, pleasant life together – not a purely functional shared flat person. We do not smoke in the shared flat and nobody eats vegetarian, in case that is important.
