Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a successor tenant for my large, beautiful and very bright room in a super location – quietly situated and yet very central, near Tellplatz.

The room is available from 1 November or earlier by arrangement.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift. The train station can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot or in just 3 minutes by tram. Directly in front of the front door or in the immediate vicinity are several tram and bus lines (10, 11, 15, 16 and bus 36), so that one is very well connected to public transport.

Shopping facilities are also right around the corner: Aldi, Coop and Migros are reachable in a few minutes. M-Parc is also easily reachable on foot.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with Lauren. She is traveling a lot for work and privately, which is why you often have the apartment to yourself. Living together is quiet, uncomplicated and relaxed.

The room is basically rented unfurnished. However, individual pieces of furniture can be taken over by arrangement, for example a 160-cm bed, a desk and a wardrobe.

The rent is CHF 925 per month including all utilities.

The room is ideally suited for someone who wants to live quietly, beautifully and pleasantly, but still likes to be central and appreciates good public transport connections.
