Well located on the Forch with connection to the Forchautostrasse and a 5min walk to the Forchbahn station, our bright commercial space with a ramp balcony and views of the Zürich Oberland is available. The room has two separate WCs (one of them according to IV standards), a bar with water connection, a storage room at the back, and a small storage room with a sloped ceiling. There is space for approaches and level access. The house is heated with geothermal energy and the premises have underfloor heating and new windows. The premises are suitable for an office, atelier, studio, practice, craft, or as a movement space with many possibilities. We are open to the use or also if new ideas want to be realized. There is also the possibility for shared use of the catering kitchen right next door. A parking space is also available.
