Room in a shared flat

I have a free room in my bright, spacious apartment between Irchel and Bucheggplatz. I am 39 and my daughter (almost 5) is with me about half the time. I am looking for a roommate (female/FLINTA) who enjoys living together with other people – and children. During the week I work during the day, and we look forward to a friendly face in the evenings or on the weekend, perhaps for a shared meal, a game, or a short exchange. We are both cheerful, like nature, dancing, cooking, laughing, and enjoy being with other people. It is important to me to have respectful coexistence with basic cleanliness, order, and clear agreements. Even more important to me are warmth and joy, also sharing the apartment and thus a bit of life with my cheerful child and me. The apartment is large, with a small kitchen, but a large living room and balcony. The room is quite large (approx. 18 m²). Additionally, there is a second room that is also currently free and which we can design and use together (possibly I am also open to a couple or another part-time child). Rent: 900 CHF (including utilities and cleaning lady every 2 weeks) Available from 1.9. or 1.10 (possibly flexible) limited until max. April 2028.
