Cozy, fully furnished room in Bern for August (1 Month Sublet) I am looking for a subtenant to take over my lovely, fully furnished room in our cozy residential house for the month of August. The Room & the House: Your Room: A bright, cozy, and fully furnished room (12m²) with plenty of natural light. The House: Features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable shared living room, and a bathroom shared with only one other person. Location: Excellent public transport connections (2-minute walk to the stop), taking you to Bern main station/city center in just 12 minutes. Shops, supermarkets, and beautiful green areas for walks are all close by. The Flatshare (WG): You will be sharing the house with two friendly, easygoing, and respectful people (the live-in house owner who works during the week, and one student). We appreciate a warm, relaxed atmosphere where we can chat over coffee or cook together occasionally, while also fully respecting everyone’s privacy and need for quiet time. Keeping the shared spaces clean is very important to us. About You: We are looking for a reliable, clean, and friendly person (student or young professional) who will treat the space with respect and fit well into our home.
