We are renting a 7-room apartment for a limited period until 31.08.2028 as a shared apartment (WG) in an old farmhouse 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (1x bathtub/shower, 1x shower) 2 living rooms fully equipped with sofas, buffet and extendable table 1 kitchen-dining room fully equipped Washing machine and tumble dryer Dishwasher Covered terrace with table and chairs The bedrooms are equipped with beds, partly nightstands and wardrobes. (4 beds 90 x 200 cm with mattresses of varying age and quality. 1 bed 120 x 200 cm without mattress. The cellar can be shared. A bicycle room is available. The furniture can be used or, upon request, your own furniture can also be brought. This has no influence on the rental price. The apartment is approx. 350m from the train station in Stettlen. The S7 runs every 15 min to Bern. The travel time is 17 min. Smoking is prohibited in the entire farmhouse.
