Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a subtenant for a vacant room in my 3-room apartment. (2-person shared flat)

The apartment is in good condition in a somewhat older building near the Eisfeld Luzern. I will provide the exact address to you in a second step.

No parking space is available and larger pets (dogs, cat) are not permitted.

The apartment is well located:

Bahnhof Luzern: 10" with bus

goodly frequented bus station: 2"

Migros: 5" on foot

See: 5" on foot

I (m, 31) am a rather quiet person who is employed and therefore rarely at home during the day. Otherwise, I spend a lot of time in nature or doing sports. When I am at home, I tend to take things quite quietly.

About you:
I wish for a friendly and respectful person who desires harmonious cohabitation, contributes, and wants to help shape the shared rooms.

It is important to me that the apartment is a place of retreat and that one can also withdraw, but I also do not want a purely functional shared flat.
