Room in a shared flat

The room is located in the lower ground floor of a 4-room apartment. It is equipped with a 140cm bed and furniture as shown in the photos. The shower room belongs to the room and will be used only by you. One floor higher are the kitchen and a large living room with a dining area. There is a terrace outside. There is no tumble dryer, but there is a drying room instead. I live in the apartment, female, over 60 with a cat. A garage space would be available for rent or a street parking space (paid). A bicycle can be stored in the bicycle room. Otherwise, there are good public transport connections to the train station, which is 1 km away. The apartment is located on the outskirts of town, with plenty of greenery and forest right at the doorstep. **Viewing only after a prior telephone call.** As a roommate, I imagine a woman.
