Contract and rental duration:

• The minimum rental period is 3 months, whereby the contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
• The indicated price applies to a minimum rental period of 12 months. For shorter contract terms, the rental price increases.
• The notice period is 3 months. Termination is possible at the earliest at the end of the agreed minimum rental period.

Please note the following:

• The security deposit is set up separately and usually via a rental deposit insurance from Homie. The exact amount is specified in the rental agreement and must be set up before the start of the lease.
• Final cleaning is basically included in the price. In the event of termination before the expiry of the minimum rental period, it can be charged additionally according to the contract.
• Furniture, heating, electricity, water, internet and utilities are included in the rent. Serafe is not included.
• After completing the booking, you will receive the rental agreement for signature and for your records.
• The regular rent can be paid by bank transfer in CHF or credit card. The security deposit is processed separately.

With elron club, you rent your new apartment simply, easily and quickly. We do not require extensive documents and weeks of application checks – in most cases, a copy of a passport is sufficient!
