Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a third person for our shared apartment in an old farmhouse near Urnäsch, starting immediately. The house is beautifully secluded in the middle of nature, **without** direct **neighbors**. On foot, it is about **15 minutes from the Zürchersmühle train station**; part of the way leads through the forest. By bike, it is around 10 minutes to the Coop in Urnäsch. A parking space is available. You will get your own, unfurnished **room of approx. 15.8 m2**. In addition, you will share another room with one roommate, which is currently used as a clothing and storage room. Available immediately and indefinitely. Rent: **CHF 800.- per month incl. utilities.** We get our water from a private spring, so no additional costs are incurred for this. **The house** We live in an old **wooden house and heat with wood**. There is a living room, a separate dining room, a kitchen, shower and WC, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. One important point: The house is built quite low. If you are significantly taller than 1.80 m, the ceiling height could be a burden for you in the long run. Additionally, there is a private well, spring water, a bathtub in the garden, as well as a wood-heated tent sauna. **Barn, workshop and projects** Directly attached to the house is a large barn with a workbench and plenty of space for all kinds of manual, creative, or crazy projects. Planned include, among other things, a mini ramp and a climbing wall. Furthermore, there is another room in the house that is developing towards a music room. Much of this is still more of an idea than a finished project. It would be nice to find someone who feels like pitching in when time, motivation, and the project happen to align. **Who we are** We are **26 and 31** and both make music. One plays in a psychedelic rock **band**, skates, and climbs. Sometimes he is quiet, sometimes sociable, depending on the phase. The other also skates, also makes **music**, and listens to pretty much everything from rock and metal to techno. He is sociable but also likes to withdraw sometimes, has manual skills, enjoys tinkering in the workshop or on the PC, and often has various ideas on how to advance rooms or projects. Music, skating, climbing, workshop, and projects are simply part of life for us. You don't have to have the same hobbies. More important is that the vibe is right. **How we live together** We want a shared apartment where community happens, but is not forced. Sometimes people cook or eat together, sometimes everyone does their own thing. Sometimes a shared evening arises spontaneously, sometimes someone just needs peace. Both should have space. There is **no strict cleaning or chore schedule**. It shouldn't be permanently chaotic, but it's okay if something is left lying around or a project pauses for a while. We both function rather in phases. Sometimes a lot gets done, sometimes more time is needed. It is important to us that every person thinks ahead and contributes their part, ideally where they currently have energy or are good at something. We don't want to control each other, but rather live together in such a way that everyone takes responsibility on their own. Smaller parties may arise from time to time. Guests and overnight visitors are welcome. Perhaps this will even lead to one or two new friendships. However, it should not become a permanent party WG. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are rather difficult due to an allergy and would have to be discussed together beforehand. **Who we are looking for** Age is not decisive. 25 to 35 would probably fit well, but in the end, the person counts. We are looking for someone who is independent but does not simply want to live anonymously next to us.
