Room in a shared flat

I am Laura, 34, and have started my Master's in Sport Science at the Uni Bern. Therefore, I am looking for a weekly resident or a flatmate for my beautiful apartment on Holligenstrasse in Bern.

Service charges as well as Internet/TV are included in the rental price.

The room is my previous home office room, 12.18 m² in size and will be rented out unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is already furnished and can, of course, be used. This includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of Schloss Holligen.

About me:
I love sports and movement, especially dancing, tennis, and cycling. An orderly and clean home is important to me. I therefore wish for an uncomplicated, reliable, and also tidy subtenant.

I am happy to be open to cooking together, eating, or other leisure activities if it arises naturally – but that is absolutely not a must.

Parking:
The Blue Zone is located directly in front of the property. If a parking space in the garage is desired, I would have to clarify this with the administration.
