Room in a shared flat

In our 4.5-room apartment in the beautiful Telli-Quartier in Aarau, a furnished room is becoming available.

The room can be rented as follows:

For CHF 850.–/ month, including WLAN, electricity, utilities, furniture as well as shared use of the kitchen and household appliances.

Bright, furnished room with bed, desk and wardrobe – cozy and functional. It is located slightly separated from the other rooms, which provides additional privacy. It also has access to the balcony. Next to the room, there is a small bathroom with a toilet, which is for your use only. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the greenery.
The apartment is large and features a shared living room with a large dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, washbasin and WC, the other with a washbasin and WC. The washing machine and the tumble dryer are located in the basement and are shared with the neighbors. The connection to public transport is very good, and shopping facilities are located nearby.

We are a small family - a 49-year-old mother and I, the 24-year-old son. We both work full-time.

Pets are unfortunately not possible.
We are non-smokers.
We are looking for a single person.
