Room in a shared flat

Hi, We are Eria (25) and Marc (25). I studied scientific illustration and am currently working in a museum, Marc is doing his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at ETH. Since our roommate is moving out soon, we are looking for someone who can take over her old room. The room costs 500.- / month incl. utilities (water, heating), excl. electricity and WLAN. We are not always home very regularly, but when we are there, we are always up for a shared dinner or movie night, if you want that too. Ideally, you are about a similar age to us, tolerant, friendly, tidy, more cozy than the party organizer, and have a knack for plants. Your room: The room is 9m^2 in size, but if you furnish it smartly, you still have enough space (see photo). And we have a living room and a large kitchen, where you can also enjoy spending time if you want to work, chill, or do something other than sleeping right now. Small perks of our apartment: Since the apartment is an old building, it is generally thin-walled and rather cold in winter. On the plus side, we have large windows, lots of light, high ceilings, and beautiful borders. We have a large, modern kitchen (electric stove, modern refrigerator + freezer), where you can also eat well and work at the kitchen table. Unfortunately, we do not have a dishwasher. The bathroom is a bit old-school. Because it was probably very trendy back then, we have an archway over our bathtub (incl. shower head), which is stylish but not particularly practical. It might be an advantage to be 1.70m or smaller, because that is the only way to stand upright in the shower. We have a shared living room, incl. sofa, TV, which also borders our small balcony. In the cellar, there is a shared washing machine and tumbler. Directly below our apartment is the Neuaffoltern bus station, with fast connections to Bhf Oerlikon (3min), Bhf Affoltern (5min), HB (15min), ETH Hönggerberg (12min), Uni / ETH Zentrum (23min). For bicycles, there is a storage room in the cellar. Shopping possibilities in the vicinity: Denner and Aksa supermarket right opposite. Bhf Oerlikon: Migros, Coop. Zehntenhausplatz: Migros, Coop, Denner. Brunnenhof: Coop.
