Room in a shared flat

Hello dear people, In Goldiwil, there is the possibility to found a shared apartment (WG) in a spacious 4.5 room house... I (34y/M) am looking for 2 more roommates to fulfill this dream. There is a large living room with a fireplace, a room with its own small kitchen, separate entrance and toilet, plus 3 other rooms. A garage, another bathroom, a kitchen, a large cellar and surroundings as well as terraces complete the house. I wish for roommates who are sociable, enjoy living together (cooking, activities etc.), value healthy food and would like to take care of the surroundings that create privacy. Of course, there should be enough freedom for peace and quiet. There is also space for individual projects. The house costs 1650 Chf plus utilities per month, which would be approx. 650 Chf per person if there are three of us. Before moving in, the floors and the walls in the house will be restored, i.e., redone. The rental period is limited to two years... Move-in date is by arrangement 1.Oct or 1.Nov... Goldiwil is reachable in 15 minutes from Thun by public transport and in winter almost always above the sea of fog with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. :) I look forward to interested people.
