Room in a shared flat

I am going traveling for 2 months and am looking for a nice person for **subletting** for the period of **November and December** in my great 4-person shared apartment directly at the Vögeligärtli. I will likely start by November 1st at the latest, from then on the room would be free, and I plan to return between Christmas and New Year. We can gladly discuss the details. Our beautiful apartment is located super centrally – it practically doesn't get more central 😊. •⁠ ⁠at the station in only 2 minutes on foot. •⁠ ⁠Vögeligärtli directly in front of the door •⁠ ⁠at the lake in 10 minutes •⁠ ⁠shopping facilities are available in all directions The room is **25m2** in size with parquet flooring, very bright (you can be kissed by the sun every morning). A whole oasis just for you. My furniture will remain in the room and is available. We can gladly discuss exact details if needed. The apartment in general is a large, light-flooded 5.5 room apartment on the 5th floor with a newly renovated kitchen, two long balconies that extend across both sides of the apartment, two bathrooms and a large living room. Your roommates for the period would be: Kilian (likes doing outdoor sports and plays hockey), Momme (likes gravel biking and will soon be flying rescue helicopters) and a new companion that we are currently selecting. I am Jan (I like sailing here on the lake in summer and am out on ski tours in the mountains in winter). We are between 27-33 years old. We love exchanging ideas over a shared dinner, a glass of wine or beer, but can also each well live out our individual life rhythms. We are all employed, love plants and like being in nature.
