IMPORTANT: Registration with the municipality as a residence is NOT possible in this room. It can, however, be temporarily occupied by persons who have their residence in another location, or by someone who requires short-term accommodation, e.g., tradespeople, short-term stayers, or holiday guests. The studio is perfectly suited as a hobby room or exhibition. Please note that there is a step in the middle of the room, in case any larger structures are planned, e.g., a model railway or slot car racing track. An internet connection is available in the house, but must still be connected by an electrician. For short-term rentals, my own, existing internet can be used. A maximum of 2 persons are allowed in the accommodation; for short-term stays, more are also possible for an additional charge. Small pets are welcome. The studio is located in the Riegelhausteil of the Alten Landi and was completely newly created in 2019 from a cellar and the boiler room. It has 3 shaft windows that bring light into the room on a sunny day. In the bathroom, there is also a small storage room with a sloped ceiling under the stairs to the UG. Monthly or long-term rentals are possible, unfurnished or furnished. Note for short-term and furnished rentals: \- please inquire about the rent, \- the following furniture is available to choose from: round wooden dining table with 2 or more chairs, wardrobe, double bed with mattress, 2 sideboards, 1 shelf, huge flat-screen TV with hundreds of channels and replay. \- a small basic kitchen inventory (cutlery, pans, plates, glasses) can be used, but it is not sufficient for more than 1 person.
