We are renting a spacious room of approx. 25 m², which is ideal as an office, studio, workspace, or creative space.
The apartment was renovated in 2026 and is used as an office. The room itself has not been newly renovated, but offers plenty of space for your own workstation, several workstations, or also for creative use. Photos of the office are currently not possible, as this room is still being used. Therefore, the floor plan is provided.
For shared use, a spacious living kitchen with a large table, the kitchen, and the bathroom are available. The living kitchen is also well suited for breaks, meetings, or working together.
