For 650.00 you will have: A furnished room with bed sheets and duvet. Access to the entire house (garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, mechanics workshop, gym....) Internet, water, electricity, garbage tax If you want to rent a parking space from our neighbor, it will cost 50.00 per month Yes, we have two cats that are a bit sticky....
