Room in a shared flat

Hi! From 1 October 2026 two rooms are becoming available in our bright and spacious 4.5 room apartment in Birsfelden so I am looking for two new female flatmates one person for each room. The move in date is flexible so a little earlier or later could also work. The apartment is around 95 m2 with a large kitchen a bright living and dining room, a balcony a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. There is also a dishwasher plus a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The rooms Room 2 can be taken over furnished with bed and mattress wardrobe Furniture takeover CHF 250. The furniture can also be taken over separately price per item on request. Room 3 can be taken over furnished with bed and mattress table chair lamps Furniture takeover CHF 150 The furniture is optional if you prefer to bring your own. The living room and balcony will mostly be unfurnished so if you have furniture plants or other things you love you are very welcome to bring them and help make the shared spaces feel like home. There will be a dining table. Costs Rent CHF 694. per month, per room Deposit CHF 2 080. Included all regular additional costs Electricity paid separately approximately every three months Location The apartment is in Birsfelden in a quiet and green residential area while still being very well connected. The Redingstrasse bus stop is just a few minutes away on foot with bus lines 36 and 37 and 46. Coop and other everyday shops are nearby, and St. Jakob with its shopping centre and sports facilities is also close. The balcony looks out onto the greenery and is especially lovely in warmer months. A little about me and the WG I’m Viktoriia 23 open minded, creative and easy going. I like a home that feels comfortable and relaxed with a good balance between occasionally spending time together and respecting each others privacy. A clean and tidy home is important to me, so I would love to live with people who feel similarly and are happy to share responsibility for the common spaces. Non smokers only. I am open to pets as long as they are allowed by the landlord. Both long term and shorter term stays are possible.
