I am renting out my furnished 2-room apartment at Badenerstrasse 294 in Zürich immediately. The apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious open-plan kitchen-living area and has an area of approx. 65 m².

The location is very central and yet quiet: You live only a few steps away from Albisriederplatz, and with the tram, you are in the city center in approx. 10 minutes. A supermarket is located directly in the same building, and further shopping facilities, cafés, and restaurants are only a few steps away – this way, you also have everything you need very close by, even on the weekend.

The house is very well insulated and quiet, ideal for someone who values relaxation. The apartment is furnished and can be occupied by arrangement. The deposit is 3 months' rent.

Note: This apartment can also be rented as a sublet for up to 6 months (until March) on a fixed basis. To do this, you simply conclude a sublease agreement directly with us.
