Room in a 3-person shared flat available. The room is approx. 13qm in size and unfurnished. A single mattress is provided. Kitchen and living room are equipped with cooking utensils, dining table and chairs, TV and sofa. The bathroom with shower is shared with one male and very clean roommate. The location is top, good connections to public transport, 30 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the train station. A supermarket is located in the same building, 4 others within 500m, and more than 3 gyms in the direct vicinity. We two are super relaxed, well-established in life and value a clean and pleasant togetherness, without social obligations. New roommate should be 30 years or older and well-established in professional life. Also possible as a second residence. Re: utilities: Since we have recently moved in, we have no exact details on the utilities, but expect approx. 35 CHF per person per month, including water, electricity and internet.
